*GSE Act s38 and s64 both facilitate movement of senior executives between Public Service agencies. To support consistent application of the mobility provisions, the policy position is that movements of senior executives between Public Service agencies should be actioned as an assignment under GSE Act s38 or a temporary assignment under GSE rule 11 rather than a transfer or secondment under GSE Act s64.
