What is not covered by the Licence

The Licence does not apply to the following:

  • Any specific Material which contains its own express conditions or statement regarding copyright and the use, adaptation or publication of that specific Material.
  • Any third party (non-NSW Government) material appearing on the site. (Note that such material may not be expressly identified, although as a general policy we aim to do so.)
  • Any material hosted on a different website.
  • The State arms or any emblem, symbol or trademark used by any agency of the State of NSW.

Linking

Credible Internet sites have permission to link to pages within our Website, however because of the nature of Content Management Systems we would prefer you linked at our top level and described how to navigate to lower pages. Please observe the following conditions of linking to our Website:

The Commission also provides links to other websites within Public Service Commission. In general, the Commission will only provide links to other government websites, and websites of national and international bodies or organisations containing credible information on similar issues as those contained within Public Service Commission.
